FITNESS - The Ranch offers a state of the art fitness room complete with free weights, machine weights, cardiovascular exercise equipment and a tanning bed.

 

SIGHTSEEING - Guided jeep tours of the Ranch cover majestic Texas mountain scenery and allow visitors to view abundant native wildlife and birds.

TRAP & SKEET RANGE - Built in 2005, our trap and skeet range includes a custom built trap tower with three throwers and four shooting stations. All action is controlled by remote from the twenty-foot observation platform above the tower.

WATER - Last, but certainly not least, a 15 surface acre lake offers water sport and fishing opportunities that cannot be enjoyed within hundreds of miles. The Timmons Lake includes a six hundred square foot, two-story, floating party dock.
