Room rates do not include a 6% state occupancy tax or the 7% local occupancy tax. Holiday or special event weekends may require a two night minimum stay.

Pets may be boarded in kennels located at the Ranch or the local veterinarian; however, we do not allow pets in the rooms.

All accommodations are non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay. However, we do allow you to make an alternate reservation which must be used within 30 days of your original arrival date, pending availability.
